HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 98-85 - 12/10/1985 - AMEND SITE PLAN/SBL & ASSOCIATES RESOLUTION NO. 98-85 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 38-75 AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS. 82-75, 6-79 AND 39-79 BY SUBSTITUTING THEREIN AN AMENDED SITE PLAN (SBL & ASSOCIATES) WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, pursuant to Resolution No. 38-75, authorized and approved an Annexation Agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and SBL & Associates, which Agreement contained a Site Plan as an exhibit thereto; and WHEREAS, said Annexation Agreement permitted the amendment of said Site Plan at the request of the Developer, subject to a public hearing before the Plan Commission of the Village and formal approval by the President and Board of Trustees ; and WHEREAS, said Site Plan has been amended according to said procedures pursuant to Resolution No. 82-75, Resolution No. 6-79 and Resolution No. 39-79; and WHEREAS, SBL & Associates has petitioned the Village for an additional amendment to the Site Plan; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held accord- ing to law considered the question of approving said amended Site Plan; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said Site Plan be so amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1 : That Resolution No. 38-75 as amended by Resolution Nos. 82-75, 6-79 and 39-79 be and the same is further amended by substituting therein an amended Site Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Said Site Plan as amended shall provide for twenty-four (241 ) foot driveway apron widths and in addition changes the unit density to permit the following: Four hundred twenty-nine (429 ) one (1 ) bedroom units Three hundred twenty-eight (328 ) two ( 2 ) bedroom units Twelve (12 ) three (3 ) bedroom units Section 2 : That the development scheduled for Parcel 2 as indicated on the Site Plan be and the same is hereby extended to November 1987. Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES:_6 NAYS:_0 ABSENT:_0 APPROVED: Charles J.
