BE IT FIIRTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the prepcsed improvement consist of constructing additional median in the Higgins Road
right-of-way to eliminate eastbound traffic from making left turns onto Randall Street.
Also, the construction of concrete islands to improve safety. (Supplemental Resolution
to that approved by I.D.O.T. on March 15, 1982).
