A RESOLUTION RELEASING A MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 610091973 IN
THE AMOUNT OF $28,000 (AS REQUIRED BY RESOLUTION NO. 30-79)
TO ELK GROVE VILLAGE INDUSTRIAL PARK, LTD. (TRAMMELL CROW
COMPANY) FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ELK GROVE INDUSTRIAL
PARK
WHEREAS, the Developer has 'submitted a Maintenance Bond in the amount
of $28,000, expiring on May 1 , 1981 , to the Village of Elk Grove Village, and
have fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinance appertaining.
Said Maintenance Bond adopted by Resolution No. 30-79 passed May 8, 1979•
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois.
Section 1 : That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize release of Maintenance Bond No. 610091973 for public improvements
as shown on Elk Grove Engineering Company Plan No. 6174 Sheets 1 through 10,
dated August 5, 1971 ; Plan No. 6174-3, sheet 1 through 7 dated December 14,
1971 ; and Plan No. 6174-4 sheets 1 through 5, dated August 9, 1972 and other-
wise described as Elk Grove Industrial Park.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 25th day of January 1983.
