A RESOLUTION RELEASING A MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 2965793 IN
THE AMOUNT OF $24,000 (AS REQUIRED BY RESOLUTION NO. 105-80)
TO CENTEX KOKES MIDWEST INC. FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE LIFT
STATION, 'FORCE MAIN, TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND GENERATOR IN
WINSTON GROVE SECTION 22 SOUTH
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Maintenance Bond in the amount
of $24,000 expiring on October 2, 1982, to the Village of Elk Grove Village,
and has fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinance appertain-
ing. Said Maintenance Bond was adopted by Resolution No. 105-80 on November,
12, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois.
Section 1 : That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize release of Maintenance Bond No. 2965793 for the installation of the
Lift Station, Sanitary Trunk Sewer, stand-by Generator, force main and in-
cidental equipment at Winston Grove, Section 22 South, Project No. 4522-1 .
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 25th day of January 1983.
