A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONTINUATION CERTIFICATE FOR INTERIM
MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 4387000 FROM SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $79,000.00 FILED WITH THE VILLAGE BY CENTEX HOMES
MIDWEST, INC. TO GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS
ALONG OTHER STREETS IN SECTION 23A EXCEPT FRANKLIN LANE AND
UNION CIRCLE (WINSTON GROVE)
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a continuation certificate for
an Interim Maintenance Bond in the amount of $79,000.00 expiring on April
6, 1984 (this bond shall be renewed annually until released) to the Village
of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village:, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
the continuation certificate for Interim Maintenance Bond No. 4387000 for
public improvements along streets in Section 23A (except Franklin Lane and
Union Circle) as shown on plans prepared by Henderson and Bodwell, Consult-
ing Engineers and identified as Plan Number 48-001 to 48-026 dated December
16, 1977, otherwise described as the improvements lying in Winston Grove
Section 23A.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
