A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET
(STANLEY STREET)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section l: That approval is hereby given the final plat of dedication
identified as Plat of Dedication of Public Street for a
part of Stanley Street legally described as follows:
Part of Lot 1 in Giemza and Majka's
Subdivision; in the west half of the
southwest quarter of Section 22,
Township 41 North, Range 11, east
of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois.
A copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
ATTEST:
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
