A RESOLUTION RELEASING A SUBDIVISION BOND FROM AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL
COMPANIES, BOND NO. USHC-59, IN THE AMOUNT OF $367,130.00 GUARANTEEING
THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PARK ORLEANS DEVELOPMENT
AND ACCEPTING A REDUCED SUBDIVISIDN BOND NO. 522-23-77 FROM THE
FIREMAN'S FUND INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $98.500.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do bereby authorize
the release of Subdivision Bond No. USHC-59 from the American International
Companies previously accepted by Resolution No. 100-80 guaranteeing all
public improvements in Park Orleans Development.
SECTION 2. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
acceptance of Subdivision Bond No. 522••23-77 from the Fireman's Fund Insurance
Company in the amount of $98.500.00 guaranteeing the completion of the
improvements in the Subdivision known as Park Orleans Condominiums on or
before January 25, 1985• Reference is made to plans prepared by Henderson and
Bodwell, consulting engineers of Plainview, New York, dated October 30, 1980 on
file with the Village's Engineering Department for Park Orleans P.U.D.
SECTION 3• That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
