HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 79-83 - 12/13/1983 - LOC ACCEPT/HIGGINS INDUSTRIAL RESOLUTION NO. 79-83 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE AND AN IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT NO. 1836 FROM THE BANK OF ELK GROVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $67,000.00 TO GUARANTEE THE MAINTENANCE OF COM- PLETED IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HIGGINS INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Developer (Lawrence Pagni E RaymondJ. Bayster) has submitted a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale and a Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1836 (expires December 31 , 1985) in the amount of $67,000.00 to the Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with the provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining ; and WHEREAS, the Developer has installed all public improvements as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As-Built-Engineering Plans; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois : Section 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale and Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1836 for public improvements as shown on As-Build Engineering Plans dated June 7, 1983 prepared by Donald Ciaglia, 701 East Irving Park Road, Roselle, Illinois 60172, and identified as the Higgins Industrial Park Subdivision. Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 13th day of December 1983.
