A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT NO. 1911
FROM THE BANK OF ELK GROVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,600.00 TO GUARANTEE
THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS AT THE HIGGINS INDUSTRIAL PARK SUB-
DIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 : That the President and'Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the acceptance of a Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1911 ,
expiring December 31 , 1985, from the Bank of Elk Grove in the amount of
$5,600.00 to guarantee the completion of public improvements (sidewalks)
at the Higgins Industrial Park described in the engineering plans and
specifications with revisions dated April 8, 1979 prepared by Chia Company,
Roselle Illinois and approved by the Village Engineer.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage an approval according to law.
