RESOLUTION REGARDING FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CAPABILITIES AND PROPER17Y AVAILABILITY
Miereas, regulations of the U. S. Environmental. Protection Agency for
grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR 35 E, require that
the Village of Elk Grove Village has agreed to pay non-
grant costs and that the Village ofElk Grove Viliage has
capab to construct, operate, and ma in treatment works project
therefore, be it resolved that:

1) the Village ofElk Grove Villageagree to
pay the non-granL costs for project C17 2318-013 which
agreement is hereby provided.
2) the Village ofElk Grove Villageprovide a
certificate of the tieing whi�chis available or will
be available for construction of. project C17.2318 , which
certification is attached hereto. M
3) the Village ofElk Grove Villageprovide a
certificate of the s, rights-of-way, and easements
which are available or will be available for project
C17 2318;- which certification is attached hereto.
