A RESOLUTION RELEASING A MAINTENANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF
$10,000 FROM NATIONAL-BEN FRANKLIN INSURANCE COMPANY FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN OAKTON INDUSTRIAL PARK LOCATED ON
OAKTON STREET, EAST AND WEST OF KENT AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance and
Maintenance Bond in the amount $10,000 expiring on September 15, 1980,
to the Village of Elk Grove Village, and has fully complied with all
provisions of any and all ordinance appertaining. Said Maintenance Bond
adopted by Resolution No. 86-78 on October 14, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois.
Section l : That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize release of Maintenance Bond No. 220-04-98 for public improvements
as shown on Elk Grove Engineering Company Plan No. 6488 dated May 8, 1972,
otherwise described as Oakton Industrial Park.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 27th day of January 1981 .
APPROVED this 27th day of January 1981 .
