=SKa corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Sllinois do hereby cer-
tify that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of said corporation duly held on the 10th _day of

adopted and is now in full force and effect:
RESOLVED: That Bank of Elk Grove, Elk Grove Village, Illinois as a designated depositary of
this corporation be and it is hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor checks, drafts, or
other orders for the payment of money drawn in this corporation's name, including those drawn to the
individual order of any person or persons whose name or names appear thereon as a signer or signers
thereof,when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signature(s) of any 2 of the following:
ONE,TWO, EK.
Charles A. Willis, Village Manager
one of which must be Treasurer's
George C. Coneu. Treasurer

or bearing the actual signature of any 2 _of the following:

and said Bank of Elk Grove shall be entitled to honor and to charge this corporation for all such
checks, drafts or other orders, regardless of by whom or by what means the facsimile signature or sig-
natures thereon may have been affixed thereto, if such facsimile signature or signatures resemble the
facsimile specimens duly certified to or filed with said Bank of Elk Grove by the
secretary or other officer of the corporation.
