RESOLUTION NO. 14-81
RESOLUTION REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FACILITIES PLAN
Whereas regulations of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency for
grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR 35 E, require that
the Village of Elk Grove Village provide assurance that the
Facility Plan will be implemented; therefore, be it resolved that the
Village of Elk Grove Village hereby provides assurance that the re-
commendations contained in the Facilities Plan will be implemented consistent
with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPOES Permit)
(issued) (to be issued) pursuant to Section 402 of the FWPCA of 1972.
The Village of Elk Grove Villaephereby acknowledges that imple-
mentation of the Facilities Plan represents a commitment to -conduct the
assigned responsibilities as a manaqement agency pursuant to the State and
Areawide Water Quality Management Plans.
