A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED
CONVEYING TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE LOT 44 IN BLOCK 17, WINSTON GROVE
SECTION 22 SOUTH
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees
do hereby accept a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the Village
of Elk Grove Village for a retention basin, Lot 44 in Block
17, Winston Grove Section 22 South, legally described on
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2: That the Village Attorney is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the recording of said Deed
and to remove said property from the tax rolls.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.

according to Plat of Subdivision recorded March
30, 1977, as Document 23869152 in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds, Cook County, Illinois.
