AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO CONCENTRA HEALTH
SERVICES TO OPERATE AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTHCARE FACILITY ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 511 BUSSE ROAD IN THE I-1 RESTRICTED
INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, at a Public
Hearing duly called and held according to law, considered the question of granting a Special Use
Permit to Concentra Health Services to permit a medical clinic in an I-1 Industrial Zoned
District; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after
considering the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in
the best interest of the Village to grant the Special Use Permit as recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to Concentra Health Services to
operate an Occupational Healthcare Facility on property located at 511 Busse Road in the I-1
Restricted Industrial Zoning District.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
