of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on January 10, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village made an offer to the owners of 570 E Higgins Road for $750,000. The owners
declined the offer. The owners of the adjacent property, 500 E. Higgins, are willing to sell for
$625,000. Staff will continue to pursue the opportunity.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 pm.
