Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on January 24, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Mayor Johnson inquired about the "she/her/hers" pronouns included in the signature line of an
email he received from another organization and wanted to ask whether this is a requirement for
Village employees to include next to their name. Deputy Manager Jablonski shared that it is
common to see pronouns included in a signature although Village employees are not required to
include pronouns in their email signature.
