Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on February 14, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Two probationary Police Officers recently resigned. One of the probationary officers has
expressed interest in working with the Police Department but in a non -sworn role. The Police
Department is currently down to 60 of the 70 authorized sworn personnel. The Police
Department is proposing to add an additional Public Service Officer to assist at the Information
Center desk which will allow more sworn officers to get back in the field. The consensus of the
Board was to increase the authorized strength from four Public Service Officers to five.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:19 pm.
