Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on February 14, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

There are currently three vacant part-time Word Processor positions in the Police Department
and one vacant Police Clerk Receptionist. The Police Chief is proposing the three vacant Word
Processor positions be eliminated and one full time Police Records Technician position be
created. The consensus of the Board was to authorize the elimination of the three part-time Word
Processors and authorize the creation of one full time Police Records Technician.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 pm.
