of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on February 14, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Two candidates were offered the Director of Business Development and Marketing position
however both of them leveraged the Village's offer with their current employers and turned
down the position. Village Manager Roan and Deputy Manager Jablonski are looking into
reimagining the role and approaching the recruitment for the position in a different way.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 pm.
