Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on February 14, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

Elk Grove Presbyterian Church is closing in June of 2023. There has been discussion of turning
the space into a homeless shelter. The Mayor stated the 2.5 acre property is in a great location for
residential housing. It was the consensus of the Board to explore the potential purchase of this
property.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 pm.
