consider review of Litigation.

The Elk Grove Rural Fire Protection District is switching over to a new service provider today or
tomorrow morning. The Elk Grove Village Fire Department has recently seen an increase in
several service calls into the District. A forensic audit will be taking place in order to look into
the finances of the District.
