Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on February 28, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village has provided a letter of intent to the owners of 570 E. Higgins Road for $850,000.
The owner of 500 E. Higgins Road has changed agents and the price has increased from
$600,000 to $750,000. The Village's broker has been in contact with the owner's real estate
agent and is waiting to hear back on their decision.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:31 pm.
