consider review of Minutes.

Trustee Schmidt moved to approve the Executive Session minutes from February 14, 2023 and
February 28, 2023. Trustee Franke seconded the motion with a correction to remove Trustee
Feichter's name from the list of members on 2-28-23.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:52 pm.
