Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 14, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Public Works is requesting a change in their office hours to line up closer with operational and
administrative staff working hours. The office is currently open from 8 am — 4:30 pm, but many
administrative staff begin their days earlier in line with the Public Works Union Staff and
construction projects in the community. Public Works operational staff work from 6 am-3:30
pm. The consensus of the Board was to authorize the change in office hours.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 pm.
