of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 14, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The Village Attorney and Village Manager met with the owner and attorney of the proposed
Howard Street redevelopment to discuss the sale and vacation of Howard Street. The Mayor
informed the Board that this land could be used for a Hawaiian Bread business interested in
relocating to the Midwest.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:17 pm.
