Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 28, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The updated renderings for the Arlington Heights/Higgins Development should be finalized by
April 11. The Mayor shared that he plans to make an announcement tonight about an open house
for public input on Thursday, April 13 at the Park District. The Mayor plans to share the
renderings first at the State of the Village Address on April 13, followed by the Open House for
residents in the evening from 6 — 8 p.m. The Mayor shared there will be 3-4 sets of renderings
displayed and a presentation and question and answer session at 7 p.m. Following the Open
House, the renderings will be shared online for comments and feedback as well.
