Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 28, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

Brennan Investment Group has agreed to sell the commercial lot at the Technology Park to the
Village for $800,000. The plan is to utilize this property as part of a proposed hotel development.
The Village is waiting to receive the signed purchase contract. The consensus of the Board was
to purchase the commercial lot for $800,000.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 pm.
