Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 28, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The Board discussed the rumors circulating in the community that Rose Garden is stating they
will remain open until Mother's Day at their current location. The Village Manager advised the
demolition for the restaurant and bank are on tonight's agenda for consideration. The Mayor
shared that none of the owners have reached out to discuss any extension of time in their current
location.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 pm.
