Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 28, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

An ordinance for the re -subdivision and associated right of way vacation will be prepared for
Howard Street development on the next Village Board agenda. The price for the vacated right-
of-way will be $1 million if the property owner has secured a firm contract with a data center,
otherwise the price will be $2 million without a firm contract for a data center.
