consider review of Litigation.

The Elk Grove Rural Fire Protection District has contracted services with a group that is now
providing EMS and fire protection services. The Mayor shared that a forensic audit is underway
to look into the finances of the Fire Protection District. The Village Attorney shared the financial
documents are being picked up this week.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:57 pm.
