Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 11, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

Mayor shared the rendering of the updated Rose Garden sign and advised he wanted to ask for an
updated design in exchange for granting the Rose Garden's request to stay open longer at their
current location. Mayor Johnson noted that a more prominent design with a stone base would
look nicer. The consensus of the Board was to request an updated sign with a stone base.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:57 pm.
