Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 25, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Public Works posted positions for both Senior Engineer and Staff Engineer positions. The Staff
Engineer posting received zero applications and there were only three for the Senior Engineer
position. An internal candidate and an external candidate interviewed for the Senior Engineer
position. Both candidates would be great additions to the Public Works Department and the
department is proposing to eliminate the Staff Engineer position and add a Senior Engineer
position. The consensus of the Board was to authorize the elimination of the Staff Engineer
position and addition of a second Senior Engineer position.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:01 pm.
