Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 25, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Litigation.

The Mayor informed the Board that all the 25 locations of local smoke and vape shops in the
Village have been checked and no violations for the sale of THC products were found. Other
towns are following the Village's lead with the THC ordinance to make this change.
The tobacco public hearing was held today and Love2Smoke will be shut down for 15 days.
Should one more violation occur, they will be asked to close their business in the Village.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 pm.
