Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 25, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Litigation.

The Mayor inquired about an update for the Rural Fire Protection District. The Village Manager
shared the Rural Fire Protection District Attorney provided the Village an amendment to the
agreement with the Rural Fire Protection District. The company providing services to the District
includes a three-man team. The Elk Grove Village Fire Department is often backup on mutual
aid assistance.
The Mayor asked on the status of the forensic audit. The Village Attorney noted that the
attorneys just received the financial documents at the end of last week.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 pm.
