of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 25, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Litigation and Land Acquisition.

Prime is supposed to close on the Vulcan property at the end of this week. Vulcan is threatening
to go to Crain's Chicago to write up a piece on Prime and the situation. The Village is ready to
put in its share of the funding but is just waiting on Prime.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 pm.
