Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 25, 2023, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

Sonny Patel was provided with a draft redevelopment agreement from the Village to build a
Home2 Suites on the former Days Inn site. The Village selected a high quality style of the hotel
which will cost an additional $300,000. It was the consensus of the Board to provide the
additional $300,000 for the upgraded fagade.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:17 pm.
