Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on May 9, 2023, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Land Acquisitions.

The Mayor shared the following updates on pending Land Acquisitions.
• The closing for the White Castle property occurred on April 27;
• The closing for La Quinta took place on April 28;
• The closing for the Technology Park Commercial lot property took place on April 28;
• The closing for 2300 E Higgins Road is scheduled for the end of May;
• Hiten Patel's attorney is still reviewing the purchase sale agreement for the Elk Grove
Technology Park Hotel site;
• 500 E Higgins property closing is scheduled for June;
• 570 E Higgins property closing will take place on November 3, 2023 in order for all the
tenants to move out; and
• Progress is being made on the acquisition of the Gas Station, Burger King, and Heavenly
Bodies properties.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:16 pm.
