Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on May 9, 2023, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Land Disposition.

The Village is waiting for Wingspan to submit the financial documents for the development at
Arlington Heights and Higgins Road.
Community Development inspectors visited the new Rose Garden and estimate the restaurant is
about 1.5-2 months from opening the new location. The utilities will be shut off on May 22,
2023.
The Mayor shared that the BMO Harris Bank ribbon cutting is taking place on May 24 at their
new location. The demolition for the bank site at Elk Grove Woods Plaza is underway.
The Board inquired about the naming contest for the development. The Village Manager shared
that there is still time to consider naming the development area as the financials still have to be
reviewed.
