of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on May 9, 2023, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney provided an update about the letter he provided to the Board about the
business owner who has several pending permits for several properties he owns in the Village.
The business owner came in with a check for $11,000 to pay for the permits and stated he plans
to pick up the work.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 pm.
