of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on May 9, 2023, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Personnel.

The Board inquired about the leadership transition within the Police Department. The Village
Manager shared the transition has been well received by Police Department personnel and things
appear to be going well.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 pm.
