review of Litigation.

Trustee Prochno asked about the resident who is a hoarder living in a condominium on
Wellington. The Village Attorney advised the woman received a 15-day notice to clean up the
home. If not, the matter will be taken to court. The Village is working on getting emergency
orders from the judge as the association is not using their enforcement powers and is pushing the
matter off onto the Village.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:38 pm.
