motion passed unanimously.

of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on June 20, 2023, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Personnel.

The Board reviewed the proposed Committee Assignments for 2023. The consensus was to
approve the assignments. The Mayor noted the assignments are effective immediately and they
will be formally adopted at the Village Board meeting next month.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:26 pm.
