A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN
AN AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT DATED JUNE Il, 1979
BETWEEN THE BANK OF ELK GROVE, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE DEVELOPER, LAWRENCE
PAGNI. RAYMOND BAYSTER AND THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOTJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked Amendment to Subdivision Improvement
Agreement dated June 11, 1979.
, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Cleric is authorized to
attest said documents upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to lair.

Re: Amendment to Subdivision
Improvement Agreement dated June 11, 1979.
Gentlemen,
Whereas, Bank of Elk Grove, an Illinois Banking Corporation, (hereinafter
referred to as "Bank") Lawrence Pagni and Raymond J. Bayster, (hereinafter
collectively referred to as "Developers"), and the Village of Elk Grove
Village, a Municipal Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as
"Municipality") are party to that certain Subdivision Improvement
Agreement; and

Whereas, the Bank, Developers and Municipality are desirous of extending
the expiration date of the Subdi-iision Improvement Agreement;
Now, Therefore, it is mutually agreed that the date June 10, 1981 -
appearing in Section 12 (a) of the Subdivision Agreement shall be
amended to read December 10, 1981.

Except as herein stated all terms and conditions of said Subdivision
Improvement Agreement remain in full force and effect.
In Witness Whereof, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the
day first above written.
