of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on June 20, 2023, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Land Acquisition.

The Village provided the owner of the Technology Park lot the proposed purchase agreement
and is waiting to hear back about how the deal with the title for the retention pond. The intention
is for the Technology Park association to take title for the pond, and separate it from the
commercial lot intended for the hotel.
