BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist of the installation of various lengths of 12" storm
sewer and appurtenances to provide roadway drainaee at the six above-mentioned
locations.

and shall be designated as Section 81-0(1021 _DO -SC C.S.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred
Sixty Seven and 00/100------------------------------- Dollars (_ 120,867.00 ) for, the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That said work shall be done by Contract and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the
district/regional office of the Department of Transportation.
