A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND VILLAGE CLERK TO
SIGN AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS GAS COMPANY RELATING TO THE KLEHM PROPERTY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached document entitled; ''Northern Illinois Gas Company Easement
Agreement", a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth, and the Village Clerk is authorized to attest said document
upon the signature of the Village President
Section 2. The Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
payment of $1,000.00 fee to Northern Illinois Gas Company for the Grant of
Easement and payment of an inspection fee of $200.00 per da)4 or prorated for
any portion or fraction thereof, for inspection by its personnel of work
performed within the Easement. Said fees to be shared in the amount of two
thirds to be paid by the Village of Elk Grove Village and one third to be
paid by the developer of the Klehm property in accordance with an Annexation
Agreement adopted by Resolution No. 20-81. on April 14, 1981. Said property
located on the east side of Arlington Heights Road, south of the Tollway.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect. from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
