A RESOLUTION Ni ENDING THE PRE-ANNEXATION
AGREEMENT (GARLISCH) PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED
BY RESOLUTION NO. 69-80
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village , Cook and DuPage , Counties ,
Illinois as follows :
Section 1 : That the Annexation Agreement between the
Village of Elk Grove Village and the First National Bank
of Des Plaines , as Trustee under Trust No. 61021499 and
Roselle State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee under
Trust No. 1182 previously approved pursuant to Resolution
No. 69-80 duly passed and approved on the 8th day of July ,
1980 , be and the same is hereby amended as follows :
a. That paragraph 8A3 be amended to read as
follows :
3. An additional means of egress in the
Northeast corner of the Accessory Building
shall not be required so long as said
Accessory Building is utilized for storage
purposes only and remains unoccupied. Should
there be a change in the use of said structure,
then the additional means of egress shall
automatically be required.
b. That paragraph 8A5 be amended to read as
follows :
5. The Southwest egress door in the Accessory
structure shall be reversed so as to swing
in the direction of exit travel , but that the
swing in the Southwest shop door of the principle
structure shall not be reversed provided an
additional means of egress door is installed
on the North wall of said building.
C. That paragraph 8A17 be amended to read as
follows :
17 . The above ground gravity feed tank for
kerosene shall be removed no later than June
1, 1982 .
Section 2 : That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
