AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-3-6-8-B-3 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
AS IT PERTAINS TO THE AMOUNT OF HOURS PER MONTH RECREATIONAL
VEHICLES MAY BE PARKED IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING LINE FOR
MAINTENANCE AND LOADING PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-3-6-8-B-3 of the Municipal Code be amended by changing
the number of hours permitted per month for recreational vehicles to be parked in the front of
the building line for the purpose of loading, unloading, cleaning and maintenance from
seventy-two (72) hours to ninety-six (96) hours.

Section 2: That the Village Clerk is directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet
Section 3 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
