HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 2-80 - 1/8/1980 - MAINTENANCE BOND/BILL OF SALERESOLUTION NO. 2-80 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 2965792 FROM SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN WINSTON GROVE SECTION 22 NORTH WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance Bond No. 2965792 from Safeco Insurance Company in the amount of $115,400.00 expiring October 23, 1981 to the Village of Elk Grove Village, as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has full complied with all provisions appertaining; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all repairs to public improvements as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As -Built -Engineering Plans; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize acceptance of a Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance Bond No. 2965792 from Safeco Insurance Company for public improvements as shown on Elk Grove Engineering Plan Number 4522-S, dated June 18, 1976; otherwise described as: streets, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water mains in Winston Grove Section 22 North in Schaumburg Township, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
