A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND MAINTENANCE BOND
NO. 2965792 FROM SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT
OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN WINSTON GROVE
SECTION 22 NORTH
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance
Bond No. 2965792 from Safeco Insurance Company in the amount of $115,400.00
expiring October 23, 1981 to the Village of Elk Grove Village, as required
by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has full complied with all provisions
appertaining; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all repairs to public improvements
as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted
required As -Built -Engineering Plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
acceptance of a Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance Bond No. 2965792 from
Safeco Insurance Company for public improvements as shown on Elk Grove
Engineering Plan Number 4522-S, dated June 18, 1976; otherwise described as:
streets, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water
mains in Winston Grove Section 22 North in Schaumburg Township, Elk Grove
Village, Illinois.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

Enclosed is a duly executed Bill of Sale conveying improvements
constructed within the above captioned subdivision. We have
submitted to the Engineering Department a detailed response,
under separate cover, to the punch lists requiring corrective
action.
Please advise my office if there are other items which must be
satisfied to gain Village acceptance of this section.

BILL OF SALE
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT CENTEX HOMES MIDWEST, INC., a
Nevada corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Illinois,
(the "Company"), for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable. -consideration in hand paid, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby TRANSFER, SET
OVER AND CONVEY unto THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Cook and DuPage
Counties, Illinois, a municipal corporation, (the "Village), the following:
Water, sanitary and storm mains and drains and incidental
equipment as described on those certain engineering plans
prepared by Elk Grove Engineering and identified as Plan
Number 4522-N, dated June 18, 1976, otherwise described
as the improvements lying in Section 22 North, in Elk Grove
Village, Illinois, which plans are incorporated by reference
and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of the improvements hereby conveyed unto
the Village, to and for its own use forever.
AND the Company does hereby warrant to the Village that it is the
lawful owner of and has good and marketable title to the improvements; that
the same are free from all encumbrances; that the Company has the right to
sell the same; and that it will defend and hold harmless the Village against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons with respect to the title hereby
conveyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Company has caused this instrument,to be

Engineer, and is submitted for Village acceptance along with
the subdivision improvements.
It is my understanding that this subdivision is coming up for
acceptance at the October 23, 1979 Board Meeting. Should
